Job Summary:

The Treasury Management - Integrated Receivables Implementation & Support Manager is responsible for the successful setup, activation, and ongoing support of commercial treasury solutions. This role provides direct support to clients, Sales partners, and technical contacts, primarily focused on Integrated Receivables products, including eBill Present & Pay (EBPP) and Print & Mail, ensuring accurate configuration, documentation, and execution throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The IR – Service & Onboarding Mgr owns end-to-end onboarding activities, establishes implementation milestones, tracks progress, and proactively identifies and resolves issues to ensure timely and successful client go-lives.
