Day-to-Day:
• Assist the public with completing program applications
• Perform income qualification and eligibility determinations
• Conduct duplication of benefits calculations
• Determine program qualification
• Complete and support environmental reviews
• Maintain accurate and organized applicant files
• Respond to applicant questions and concerns
• Coordinate with construction specialists and internal staff
• Participate in home visits and community outreach events as needed
