Opportunity Description
The Salvation Army Bridge Services provide a range of effective support services in both residential and community based settings that use a range of evidence-based holistic approaches to reduce the physical, physiological and social harm that can result from the use of alcohol and or other drugs. The Salvation Army Wellington Bridge services provide safe, integrated, high quality treatment and support services to people whose lives have been affected by alcohol and/or other substance use.
About the Role
As our Intake Practitioner, you'll be the welcoming first connection for people seeking support from The Salvation Army Bridge Drug and alcohol Residential Programme. You'll coordinate referrals, undertake assessments, and work alongside whānau and community partners to help people take the next step in their recovery journey.
