This role serves as the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking services and supports. Through a comprehensive intake and case management process, the Intake Case Management Worker provides client‑centred, strengths‑based support that promotes recovery, stabilization, and independent living. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, this position delivers individualized supports within the community and assists clients in navigating complex systems of care.
