Insurance Compliance Counsel

The Role

Alan’s Insurance Compliance Counsel, you will be the expert on members’ insurance compliance and consumer protection regulation. You will define how regulatory obligations translate into Alan’s tools, processes, and products. You will own the compliance posture on your perimeter, proactively manage our exposure, and be the primary interface with regulators on the topics you cover.

You will also be a key connector between the compliance function, internal control, and the audit processes Alan conducts – ensuring audit findings are properly digested, remediated, and embedded into how we operate. As Alan expands into new markets, you will play a central role in ensuring our compliance standards travel with us: adapting Group frameworks to local requirements and helping to stand up the right compliance foundations in new geographies.
