Insurance Administrator (FNOL)

Overview

At Pen Underwriting, we're looking for an Insurance Administrator (FNOL) to join our Claims team in Wexford. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting customers at the start of their claims journey, ensuring claims are registered accurately, efficiently, and with care. Working closely with the Property Damage and Strategic Claims Lead, you'll take ownership of the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) process and provide claims administration support across a wide range of insurance products. You'll collaborate with colleagues across Claims, Underwriting and Accounts, helping to deliver a responsive service that supports both customers and business partners.
