Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years recent experience with instructional design to include industry standard authoring tools (ex. Captivate, Articulate) and virtual classroom (ex. Adobe Connect).
- Demonstrated experience with adult learning principles and curriculum design to include classroom and blended solutions, and ADDIE process (Assess, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate).
- Project management experience.
Job Summary
Provide high level administrative and technical support by assisting the Sales Support Supervisor. Duties may include preparing reports, compiling statistics and other data using spreadsheets and tables, and other general clerical responsibilities.
