Instructional Designer - AI Learning - 8 Month Contract

Role Description

QuadReal is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to lead the build-out of its internal AI Education library. In this dedicated role, you will be more than a content developer; you will serve as a learning strategist, content curator, and architect of QuadReal’s AI literacy. You will design a tiered curriculum that takes employees from foundational AI awareness through to advanced, function‑specific application, curating the best of leading providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, and others, and developing original QuadReal‑specific content to close any remaining learning gaps.
