Job Description

Monitor and check passengers and vehicles to ensure compliance with Public Transport Agency standards.

Key Results Accountabilities

• Proceed to areas that have complaints from the public and inspect offenders and prepare reports to the direct supervisor.
• Write reports about inspection vehicles when the pull out and in and maintain vehicles clean internally and externally.
• Store offences and attachments to irregularities box belongs to franchising and enforcement department after daily shifts.
• Receive daily work schedule from the direct supervisor.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate. Shift between areas to follow up the offenders of smuggling passengers and issue fines.
• Inspect vehicles under demand to ensure that drivers are having permits to practice the profession.
