This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys managing complex debt recovery and enforcement matters while working directly with financial institutions, lenders, businesses, and insolvency professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of insolvency, bankruptcy, debt recovery, and enforcement matters from inception through resolution.
• Represent secured and unsecured creditors in recovery proceedings, receiverships, bankruptcies, and restructuring matters.
• Advise clients on enforcement strategies, creditor rights, security realization, and risk mitigation.
