This role demands attention to detail and strong communication skills as you assist in preparing quotes, ensuring timely order processing, and managing necessary documentation. You will collaborate with various departments such as Service, Supply Chain, and Engineering to deliver excellent service and support through order completion and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing quotes and technical drawings
• Process purchase orders and sales deliveries via ERP system
• Organize paperwork for stock shipments and returns
• Support annual inventory counts and workflow initiatives
• Bill custom orders and verify invoicing completion
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or 1-2 years of relevant experience
