In this role you will provide inside sales support and customer service for our electrical distribution product lines, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer requests, maximizing sales opportunities, and collaborating closely with outside sales staff. Manage and prioritize customer requests received via email, phone, and online sales channels. Respond to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on the circumstances. Follow up on inquiries and promptly inform key personnel of customer feedback concerning prices, products, and service.
