Inside Sales Rep

General Description or Purpose of Job

Proactively communicates by phone with key contacts within schools to build relationships & promote & sell our complete line of Neff recognition awards & apparel products. Primary contacts within the schools will include athletic directors, coaches, principals, band & choral directors, booster groups, and advisors of other school organizations who look to recognize student achievement and participation. Provides help and assists in all activities related to the department.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Making outbound phone calls and communicating with active/inactive/prospective customers to sell products and advise customers of promotions and new products. Utilize selling strategies to grow existing customers, and gain new or lost customers. A target account list will be provided.
