Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation – Work with Field Sales or other representatives to deeply understand growers' needs and effectively guide them to the Plantlogic product that best solves their problems.
- Lead generation and qualification through farm visits, trade shows, customer referrals, phone calls, screening, etc.
- Promptly provide accurate quotes and lead times.
- Promptly and clearly communicate sales activities with customers and colleagues.
- Follow internal communication and processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to organize the follow‑up with customers from close win to delivery and payments.
- Quarterly travel to trade shows and customer grow sites (when needed).
