Reporting to the Director of R&D and Technical Services, the R&D Manager will drive product innovation across key categories: Laundry, Household Care, and Personal Care. With 5-10 years in R&D, you will utilize your strong formulation expertise and analytical skills to address technical challenges, optimize formulations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
