Required

• Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (work permits are not eligible)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on injection mold setup experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience independently performing complete mold changes.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and machine setup.
• Experience troubleshooting molding defects and process issues.
• Ability to read production work orders and setup documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience in high-volume plastics manufacturing.
• Background in food packaging, consumer packaging, or plastic container manufacturing.
