Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze customer specifications and work in coordination with production, with the aim of producing the goods according to customer requirements
- Guarantee the efficiency of the production processes in terms of time, cost and methodology
- Apply continuous improvements initiatives to production processes
- Perform Lean Production, TPM, FMEA studies, and be responsible for related activities and projects
- Manage process changes and bottlenecks
- Analyze time and methods and define times of all the production phases
- Generate procedures, workflows, work instructions, SAP Routing
- Monitor deviations and define corrective actions
- Follow-up projects and prepare reports to inform status, highlighting achievements and possible improvements
- Perform process simulations
