Job Summary

To assist IQC on technical support for the materials incoming inspection. Monitor IQC inspection equipment / gauge calibration and maintenance status. Work with SQE and workcell engineers to handle the incoming quality issues related to IQC and take preventative actions if possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to IQC technicians and inspectors.
• Support on SAP system issues about IQC internally.
• Support other parties (ME, QE etc) on material dimension / function verification.
• Work with related parties (SQE, workcell, QE/ME etc) to improve incoming performance by reducing those non-quality related QN (quality notification).
• Assure the equipment / tool used in IQC are in proper status.
• Provide training to IQC technician, leader and inspector where necessary.
• Deal with workcell complaints about IQC problem, provide valuable input to IQC and take actions when necess...
