Infrastructure Tendering Engineer – TTD & Permits Lead

cscec is seeking a skilled Technical Engineer based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will prepare technical proposals for infrastructure tenders and ensure compliance with local authority requirements for traffic diversions.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of TTD procedures, RTA regulations, and technical documentation.

Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and possess excellent communication skills.
