About the Role
As the Infrastructure Lead at Synapse360, you are the most senior operational resource within a dedicated managed services team supporting complex hybrid cloud and on‑premises infrastructure platforms.
You serve as the technical authority for the operational team, owning complex incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, platform engineering, hardware lifecycle management, and acting as the bridge between day‑to‑day operations and strategic architecture decisions.
You will lead the technical response to P1 and P2 major incidents, manage Dell VxRail and VMware VCF platform lifecycle operations, oversee Veeam backup architecture and Azure DR strategy, deliver capacity management reporting, and mentor Infrastructure Engineers.
