Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced L2 IT Support Technician with a background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex IT issues, manage client environments, and ensure exceptional customer service while supporting multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies.
