Opportunity Description
We're looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist in Toronto to provide comprehensive deskside and service desk support. Your role will involve AV assistance, hardware troubleshooting, and service desk management.
This position reports to the End User Services Manager and requires close collaboration with IT Infrastructure and Lab IT. Responsibilities include managing service queues, supporting user setups, and maintaining critical support documentation. You will be stationed onsite five days a week to ensure effective support for all users at the Toronto office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support users across Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications
• Handle end-user onboarding and device management
• Manage service desk functions and ticket escalations
