Primary Purpose
The Information Systems Specialist (Operations) is a dedicated operational support role reporting to the Manager, Student Information Systems. Responsibilities include monitoring support queues, maintaining operational processes, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions, and guiding the development and deployment of solutions to sustain high service levels for the Student Information System.
