Job Summary
The Information Management Systems Coordinator works within the Information Management Systems team, supporting internal teams with the training, updating and maintenance of the Centric Product Lifecycle Management (CENTRIC) system and the Nuxeo Asset Management System (NUXEO).
Responsibilities- Aids in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for CENTRIC system.
- Contributes to continuing education and training team for CENTRIC system.
- Assist in documenting and coaching as needed to help support company-wide CENTRIC best practices and adoption.
- Performs regular audits and clean up within companies’ CENTRIC system to ensure proper usage and data integrity.
- Aids in the development, testing and roll-out of new feature upgrades and related processes.
- Assists in designing and implementing taxonomy and metadata management strategies following industry best practices.
