Infor LN System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain the Infor LN ERP system to ensure secure, stable, and efficient operation
• Administer and optimize MS SQL Server databases, including backup and recovery, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and system tuning
• Develop and maintain integrations between Infor LN and other business systems, providing technical support and ensuring seamless business operations
• Manage user access, security controls, and ERP-related technical support to ensure system compliance and data security
• Perform system performance optimization, incident analysis, disaster recovery management, and technical documentation maintenance to continuously improve system reliability and operational efficiency
