**Job Title: Industrial Painter**
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and paint the interior and exterior surfaces of assembled parts using industrial spray equipment and various painting techniques.
+ Apply coatings in accordance with Military Specifications and customer requirements to achieve specified finish quality and performance.
+ Read and interpret mechanical drawings to understand masking requirements and the proper application of primers and top coats.
+ Perform sandblasting, masking, and paint preparation in line with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
+ Mix primers and paints in accordance with required ratios and viscosity to achieve specified film thickness, adhesion, gloss, and overall coating performance.
+ Set up, operate, and maintain spray guns, paint booths, and related coating equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure proper preparation, coverage, and finish quality....
