Industrial Millwright – Guelph, Ontario

Pay: $41.60 / hr + $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus + Full Advantages

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment safely while following all policies & procedures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Complete administrative tasks, including permits, parts ordering, and work order completion.

Qualifications

• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ontario or Inter‑Provincial 433A Millwright Certificate (Full License).
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, lift a minimum of 50 lbs, kneel, climb ladders, and open/close valves.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
