Industrial Engineer Temporary (6 Months) (Ciudad Juárez)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Engineering position responsible for the development of generating assembly sheets, keeping the plant layout updated, and implementing projects that help maximize the resources of the assembly area.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out assembly instructions, such as releasing them.
Develop the sequence for the FMEA.
Design and maintain the plant layout.
Determine the workforce for the assembly area (Manpower).
Define the process and routes.
Release of BOM and 2 D drawings.
Design and customize workstations.
Carry out actions to prevent and correct security events.
Develop continuous improvement exercises to maximize assembly area resources.
Define process constraints.
Training in new processes for the production and training team.
Execution of the engineering change process (ECN).
Maintenance and development of the assembly matrix.
Any other activity assigned by the supervisor.
