Responsibilities
Promote Operational excellence culture within the plant, across all areas
Partner with Leadership team to educate on MAHLE Production System principles
Train the trainer to develop MPS Experts
Actively collaborate in the implementation of sustainable work standards
Conduct workshops and meetings to enhance MPS culture
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in automotive, + 5 years experience; Tier 1 strongly preferred
English fluency required
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact at different levels within MAHLE
Knowledgeable in MPS or certified in Continuous Improvement (external)
Self oriented with strong orientation to results
