Industrial Electrical Designer

Job Description

The Industrial Electrical Designer will be responsible for designing electrical functionality of the product by understanding requirements and applying expertise. They will transmit all pertinent information to the Design group and Production to ensure that all customer requirements are met for new projects. They will also assist and review all electrical-based work performed by the shop floor, on new products, prototypes, and revisions to production units where electrical components have been modified.

Role And Responsibilities

• Design electrical functionality of products in accordance with requested standards;
• Participate in conceptual to prototyping mass production phases of the program;
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and industrial engineers during the design phases;
• Design per cost, manufacturability, and functionality;
