Indigenous Communities Program Manager

Shape strategic programming for Indigenous youth with JABC as the Manager focused on expanding community-driven initiatives in Lower Mainland, B.C. Elevate education through culturally relevant curriculum.
In this role, you will lead the Company Program for Indigenous Learners, ensuring its alignment with community priorities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining crucial partnerships with Indigenous communities and educational institutions, along with overseeing compliance and curriculum development to reflect Indigenous values. Regular travel will be integral for engaging partners across British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and sustain relationships with Chief and Council and educational districts
• Direct curriculum oversight for cultural authenticity
• Expand access to Indigenous programming in new regions
• Attend events to represent JABC and foster connections
• Work with stakeholders to address local education needs
