10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules.

Strong hands-on experience with India Localization (GST, TDS, etc.).

Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP implementations.

Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.Key Skills:

Oracle R12 Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PA)

Oracle Financials for India (OFI)

GST, TDS, statutory compliance

Project Management (Agile/Waterfall)

Stakeholder management

Functional documentation (BRD, FSD)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP / PRINCE2 certification

Experience in global rollouts or multi-country implementations

Exposure to Oracle AIM/OUM methodologyKey Deliverables:
