Job description: Manage and resolve technical incidents Ready to work 24X7 Troubleshoot complex issues related to trading platforms/ financial systems Collaborate with development, operations, and technical teams (infrastructure, network, database) to resolve incidents Coordinate with technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixes Ensure timely resolution and meet SLAs Provide updates to stakeholders on incident status and resolution Required Skills: Trading platforms and financial systems experience Operating systems (Windows, Linux) Hands on Monitoring tools and incident management tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills: AppDynamics experience (added advantage)
