Inbound Fraud Response Specialist

DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an Inbound Fraud Detection Analyst to be the frontline contact for customers when potential fraud alerts arise.

You will validate transactions and safeguard account security while delivering excellent service. You will verify identities, assess transactions using patterns and alerts, document all interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve detection processes and reduce fraud risk.
