In‑House Legal Counsel II, Accident Benefits
Weekly hours may fluctuate depending on business needs.You’ll be part of Canada’s largest in‑house P&C insurance litigation team, focusing on accident benefits, loss transfer and priority dispute files while embracing a flexible, hybrid work model.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range (based on a 35‑hour workweek): 128,300 – 156,800 CAD
- Annual bonus target: 12% of base salary, potential payout up to twice the target
- Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) with Intact matching 50% of net shares
- Defined‑benefit pension plan providing guaranteed income for life
