In-House Counsel

Our client is seeking a collaborative corporate/commercial lawyer to join its team as Counsel , reporting to the General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating a broad variety of commercial contracts and, ideally, experience advising clients in the public sector on procurement matters. Exposure to privacy and commercial real estate matters would be considered an asset. This role will suit a results-oriented lawyer with the desire to work in an environment rich with variety and challenge who can effectively manage several projects simultaneously.
