In-House Counsel, Commercial Contracts & Compliance

DKSH is seeking an Assistant Manager, Legal in Malaysia to manage in-house legal and contract matters, safeguarding its commercial interests. You will deliver expert legal counsel, drive compliance, and strengthen governance across the organization.

You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, lead country legal and compliance projects, and advise internal stakeholders with a strong understanding of business operations. Strong knowledge of corporate and IT/Software law is required.
