**Job Description**
BAE Systems is offering a unique opportunity for the right candidate to work in the NATO SEASPARROW Project Office (NSPO) in Arlington, VA, which is the largest Interantional Cooperative Program. The selected candidate will be required to:
+ Implement strategies and procedures for export control, releasability and disclosure support, ensuring compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), National Disclosure Policy (NDP), Third Party Transfers (TPTs), to facilitate transfer of technical data within the NATO SEASPARROW Consortium.
+ Manage the application and maintenance of export DSP-5 licenses, Technical Transfer Agreements (TAA), Manufacturing licenses Agreements (MLA) and exemptions/exceptions for IWS-12 in relation to ESSM. Create licenses and agreements for BAE Systems, whenever required.
+ Review and recommend releasability of Distro D documents to the Consortium.
