Import Coordinator Agent (A3)

**Position Summary:**

Import Coordinator Agent – is responsible for multi-task and direct multiple employees. The position may also need to contact customs officials to obtain release of incoming freight and resolve delays. The coordinator will be dealing with DHL systems for entry processing and tracking purposes.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

· Participate in processing inbound/outbound freight for clearance through US Customs.

· Provides information to, and communicates with, DHL Origin and destination stations on the status of the shipments being delayed.

+ Monitor day to day operations of the team, prioritize and assign tasks.
+ Ability to multi-task and direct multiple employees.
