Responsibilities
- Build out client portfolio hierarchy(s) and fund manifests, including UDF and commitment creation.
- Create templates to integrate new client’s historical accounting data.
- Validate historical fund level market values, transactions, and returns against client’s performance provider.
- Triage and remediate differences, documenting and explaining potential causes.
- Enter and modify liquidity terms based on client feedback.
- Communicate with clients to coordinate project deadlines and answer questions regarding onboarding and deliverables.
- Assist in maintaining project management documentation to track exposure maintenance, manager communications, and project timeline.
- Assist in the creation of client fact sheets and other client‑specific documentation to prepare clients for BAU service.
