Implementation Manager (Grants)

Opportunity

We are seeking an Implementation Manager, an independent self‑starter who will strengthen our high‑functioning Implementation Team. As an Implementation Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers and oversee the entire onboarding process from requirements gathering to configuration of our SaaS products. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, customer success, and technical support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, conducting kickoff meetings, gathering business processes and requirements, and providing expert guidance on best practices.
