This position reports to the Director, Implementation & Training. You will be the primary contact during client implementations and work closely with various internal teams. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills will be key, as you'll oversee the delivery of commitments while facilitating effective communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support new business acquisition and implementation processes
• Track and report on project status and deliverables
• Provide clients with guidance on digital benefits tools
