Implementation Consultant

We are currently recruiting for an Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

WorkCentive Inc is looking for passionate, talented individuals who enjoy a technical challenge (no coding). Our service delivery model takes a rapid and iterative approach to quickly enable our customers to leverage the robust feature set of the incentive compensation management (ICM) software (Varicent, Performio and CaptivateIQ).

Candidate Types

• You have a technical background and are a people person
• You have a business background but enjoy a technical challenge (Advanced Excel or database experience is a significant asset to the role)

Primary Objectives

• Requirements Gathering and Model Configuration for ICM implementations using our Rapid Deployment Methodology (We will teach you the software)
• Work with our team to continually revise and enhance our Rapid Deployment Methodology tools, templa...
