Impact Programs Lead - Finance & Ops

Paystand is seeking a Programs & Operations Manager to oversee the foundation's program lifecycle, from grant disbursements to impact reporting. This role requires 5–8 years of experience in program management or nonprofit operations, along with a genuine fluency in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
