Impact & Insights Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity to join our LFC Foundation team as an Impact & Insights Coordinator. In this role you will play an active part in designing, implementing and developing impact plans across assigned departments and programme areas within the Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Impact Planning and Evaluation: Support programme managers to develop, implement and review monitoring and evaluation frameworks aligned with the Foundation’s outcomes framework and Theory of Change; design data‑collection methods using validated quantitative tools (e.g. SWEMWBS, Rosenberg Self‑Esteem Scale, SDQ) and qualitative approaches such as case studies, focus groups and structured interviews; translate impact evidence into clear reports for funders, senior leadership, trustees and community stakeholders.
