Our Client in Montreal, QC, our client is seeking an experienced Integration Management Office (IMO) Manager to support a large-scale banking integration program. The successful candidate will work across multiple workstreams to drive coordination, governance, and execution within a complex, fast-paced delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day IMO activities across multiple integration workstreams
- Drive program governance including status reporting, RAID management, and executive updates
- Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder meetings and integration forums
- Manage interdependencies across business, technology, and corporate functions
- Support planning and execution of critical integration milestones and delivery phases
- Ensure alignment of timelines, deliverables, and overall program objectives
- Prepare structured executive-level communications and reporting
