Immex Analyst (Zapopan)

Position: IMMEX Analyst

Arrow is looking for a IMMEX Analyst to manage logistics and customer service tasks, including resolving transportation issues, managing shipping documents, processing invoices, generating reports, and performing administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Communicate resolution of customer issues related to transportation pickups, claims, and incorrect receipt of assets at processing plants.
• Manage shipping information with sales customers and Finance, including obtaining shipping documents, tracking numbers, and proof of deliveries; coordinate with carriers and manage routing guide.
• Process shipping requests, redirect freight, change freight terms, and set up carrier pickups.
• Manage freight clearing account, charge‑back invoices, code and approve invoices.
