Job responsibilities:
  • Handle and manage the full recruitment process
  • Source and assess candidates for their suitability
  • Coordination of interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage pre-boarding, onboarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Conduct business development: liaise with clients and companies in the healthcare industry on staffing needs and requirements
  • Assist in managing the wellbeing of the staff and department
