Ifm Program Coordinator-events & Soft Services (Santiago)

Responsible for coordinating events within Client’s facilities and ensuring they are delivered as expected and required by internal organization business units (OUs), including managing event access for VIP visitors, acting as an interface between internal OUs and third‑party vendors for events, catering service coordination, and attendee escorting.

Provide support to the Facilities and Events Assistant FM to maintain the site in optimal condition and manage all soft‑services processes such as janitorial, kitchenette and office supplies, vending machine, and cafeteria.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Drive events in an orderly and efficient fashion while ensuring compliance with applicable event guidelines, procedures, templates, protocols and visitor policy.
• Leverage available guidelines and industry best practices to support events as appropriate.
