Overview

TUOPU is looking for an IE Launch Planning Engineer / Factory Simulation Engineer. We are looking for an IE Launch Planning Engineer / Factory Simulation Engineer to support the planning and launch of a new manufacturing facility for automotive interior door panel programs.

This position will be responsible for factory layout planning, capacity simulation, production flow analysis, manpower planning, equipment utilization analysis, material flow planning, warehouse space evaluation, and bottleneck identification. The ideal candidate should have strong Industrial Engineering knowledge and experience using factory simulation or manufacturing planning software such as FlexSim, Siemens Plant Simulation, AnyLogic, Simio, Visual Components, DELMIA, Arena, or similar tools.
